Women’s Champions in the Fight Against Alzheimer’s

Class of 2016-17

Women make up two-thirds of those affected by Alzheimer’s, and more than 60 percent of caregivers for people with dementia are women. Many have to reduce their workload or even drop out of the workforce to care for their loved ones.

Women are at the epicenter of this crisis and will help to find the solution. We have gathered a group of empowered women to be the first champions in the Fight to End Alzheimer’s Women’s Champions Campaign. Meet these inspirational women who have made a commitment to make Alzheimer’s a priority in their lives, work and philanthropy, moving us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s.
